At The Place Hair & Beauty, we take pride in supplying genuine professional hair and beauty products. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any retail products once they have been purchased.

Hair & Beauty Products

For hygiene reasons, all shampoos, conditioners, treatments, styling products, skincare and beauty items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once they have left the salon or been collected.

We recommend checking products carefully at the time of purchase or collection. If you are unsure which product is right for you, our team will be happy to advise before purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If a product is faulty or damaged at the time of purchase, please notify us within 48 hours of collection so we can investigate and assist where possible.

Electrical Items (GHD Tools)

All GHD styling tools are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Any faults, repairs, replacements or warranty claims must be handled directly with GHD.
